    SHIPPING

    All orders are processed and fulfilled within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.

    US Orders: We offer free shipping on US orders of $150 or more. All other orders less than $150 will ship via USPS, Ground Advantage.

    International Orders: We offer discounted shipping rates for any international orders via APC Shipping. The rates of both options below already INCLUDE any applicable customs and import duties.

    -APC Intl Expedited DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) 7-10 business days

    -APC Intl Priority DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) 12-20 business days

    Currently, we have rates up for the countries we have received orders from; Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, France, China, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand. If you're interested in placing an order in a country not listed here, please email us at info@strawberrywestern.com and we can add your country's shipping rate for you!

    RETURNS

    We accept unworn clothing and bikinis bought from strawberrywestern.com in new condition with tags and hygiene liners attached within 14 days of delivery for domestic orders. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange -- any returns sent to us outside of the 14 day window will be returned to the shipper. Domestic orders will receive a pre-paid shipping label. All international orders are responsible for paying for shipping labels and shipping their returns back themselves.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

    Non-returnable items:

    • Hats
    • Bottles
    • Keychains

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    HOW TO RETURN

    To return a product, please email us at info@strawberrywestern.com to receive a pre-paid shipping label. Please include your order number in the subject of the email.

    For domestic orders: Please note that we charge a flat rate of $7 for shipping returns, which will be deducted from your refund, once approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Orders must be shipped back within 5 business days after receipt of the return shipping label provided by Strawberry Western. Any orders shipped after 5 business day will not qualify for a refund and will be immediately shipped back to you.

    For international orders: All international customers are responsible for paying for shipping labels and shipping their returns back themselves. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund for you. You should receive an automated email notifying you that your refund is in process. The final refund should be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@strawberrywestern.com.

    SALE ITEMS

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    EXCHANGES

    We are only able to offer size exchanges for the same item that was purchased (provided that the size you want is still available.) We are unable to make an exchange for a different item. Please email info@strawberrywestern.com to start an exchange.

    PENDING CHARGE BUT NO ORDER CONFIRMATION?

    Sometimes this happens when the billing zip code or the CVV code doesn’t match the credit card you’re using and the payment doesn’t go through. If you did not receive an order confirmation email from us, then we did not receive your payment or order. The pending charges usually are cleared after a day or two but please double check with your bank to confirm. If you’d like to try to place the order again, make sure your credit card CVV, zip code and billing address are all matching before proceeding and it should go through. When the order is processed and payment is received, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you checked out with.
